ECB Coach Development supports the development of coaches at all levels of the game, to ensure they’re able to provide players with the best possible experience of playing cricket and the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding of the game to help them fulfil their potential.
All of the courses are designed around the players you work with and their stage of development.
Please the ECB Course Guide below for information on all courses.
There are several events for existing coaches to access and strengthen their knowledge and skills whilst being able to reconnect/network with fellow coaches.
The sessions below will be delivered by senior members of the talent pathway at Hampshire Cricket. The aim is to provide attendees with an insight of what 'good looks like' across the talent pathway and how to create a supportive/engaging training environment. There will be a combination of both practical and classroom based sessions.
