Hursley Park U19 Girls have been crowned 2025 U19 National T20 Champions, following a thrilling finals day that showcased outstanding performances, determination, and teamwork.
In the semi-final against Bishop’s Stortford CC, Hursley Park set the tone with an impressive batting display, posting 153 runs from their 20 overs. Key contributions came from C. Chissel (33) and N. Hillman-Bermejo (36). The bowlers then delivered a dominant performance, restricting Bishop’s Stortford to 107 all out and sealing victory by 46 runs. Standout figures included L. Cutler (4-0-27-4) and F. Pitt (3-0-13-3).
The final against Richmond CC proved to be a nail-biting contest. Put into the field first, Hursley Park saw Richmond post a challenging 164 from their 20 overs. Rising to the occasion, the girls produced a remarkable chase that went down to the very last over. M. Ritchings led the way with a superb unbeaten 67, guiding the team to victory with just two balls to spare.
The win secured Hursley Park the coveted title of U19 National T20 Champions 2025, a historic achievement for the club.
