D40 Assistant Coach  

Hours: 2 Hours a week (Jan-April) & Match Days during the Summer
Salary
: £18 per hour/ Match day rate TBC

Location: Utilita Bowl & Remote

The Role

Hampshire Cricket Board (HCB) is responsible for growing recreational cricket in Hampshire.  We aim to inspire girls and boys to play cricket through the delivery of school, club and community-based programmes.

Our County Disability Cricket Pathway has been regarded as one of the best in the country. From our grassroots programme, to our multi title winning 1st XI (D40) who again won Division 1 of the National Disability League in 2022. HCB are seeking to appoint an Assistant Coach to support our D40 side throughout 2023.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated coach with at least a ECB Foundation Coach qualification to join our successful team. The coach will have an infectious passion for Cricket and developing players. Experience of coaching adults is desirable and exposure to working within disability environments will be a distinct advantage.

The successful person will assist our Head Coach in delivering high quality training sessions at Utilita Bowl’s Indoor School from January-April as well as supporting the side on match days during the season.
