Utilita Bowl are looking for a detail-driven and fan-focused Ticket Operations & Reporting Manager to lead all ticketing activity across matches and major events.
Hampshire Cricket can today confirm that Alfonso Thomas will leave his role as Assistant Coach at the end of the year.
Thomas joined the Club ahead of the 2019 season to work closely with the senior bowlers having enjoyed a successful 17-year playing career.
The 2019 season saw Hampshire reach the Royal London Cup final for the second straight year while the 2020 campaign was largely affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic.
This year, Hampshire came agonisingly close to the LV= County Championship Division One title while the Club secured a record-breaking eighth trip to Vitality Blast Finals Day.
We have all enjoyed working with Alfonso and he’s had a positive impact on the playing group during his time with us. He has a huge amount of experience in the game and I know the bowlers in particular have really benefited from his input.

As a player Thomas took over 550 wickets for Somerset after arriving at Taunton ahead of the 2008 campaign.
In total he played in 91 first-class matches scoring 1,852 runs and taking 306 wickets, including a haul of more than 100 in the summer of 2010.
