17-year-old Hampshire paceman Manny Lumsden is eager to make a mark on his time with England U19s as they play the West Indies in seven ODIs
Hampshire and Southern Vipers batter Emily Windsor became the first woman to play in 100 matches for the Rose and Crown on 8th May 2023.
The Portsmouth-born batter led Hampshire to victory in her 100th match, as she scored 69* in a 62-run win against Berkshire in the first of two final group stage matches of the 2023 Women’s County Championship.
Windsor made her debut for the county on 23rd June 2013 aged just 15 and captained the Club for the first time in 2021.

It’s a great honour to become the first women’s player to reach 100 caps for Hampshire. This is a club I have supported and loved playing for since 9 years old, never did I think I would play for the 1st team this many times. To also now have the privilege to captain the side is a dream come true!

She wracked up 288 runs at an average of 57.6 in the 2022 Rachael Heyhoe Flint, and made her return to competitive cricket after a hip injury when she hit the winning runs for Southern Vipers against Central Sparks at Wormsley.
Hampshire ended the group stage of the Women’s County Championship top of Group 5 with 16 points – two ahead their close rivals Sussex.
County Championship Finals Day takes place on Sunday 14th May, with the Group 5 matches taking place at the 1st Central County Ground in Hove.
