Joseph Eckland And Daisy Mullan Released
Keeper-batter Joseph Eckland and all-rounder Daisy Mullan will leave Hampshire Cricket on the expiration of their contracts
Hampshire leg-spinner Mason Crane took an inspired 4-89 for Gordon Cricket Club, to help steer his side to a comfortable 97-run first-innings victory over St George on Saturday.
After winning the toss and electing to bat first, Gordon reached a commanding 364-8d on the opening day of the two-day match, with a fantastic hundred from Elliot Richtor (122) as well as half-centuries from Axel Cahlin (82) and Steve Colley (62) helping the hosts reach their total.
Crane then tore through the visitors' middle order, claiming his second four-wicket haul of the season, whilst two wickets for Charlie Stobo (2-71) and a couple for Tym Crawford (2-33) helped the visitors claim an impressive first-innings victory.
Next up for Crane and Gordon is a visit from Sydney University in a two day fixture beginning on Saturday.
