Hampshire Cricket can confirm the departures of Ajeet Dale and Tom Scriven following the end of the 2021 season.
Fast-bowler Dale leaves the Club to join Gloucestershire while Scriven has signed for Leicestershire.
We have enjoyed seeing Ajeet & Tom progress over the years.
Giles White, Director of Cricket
Both players are moving to a fresh opportunity at a new county and we wish them all the best moving forwards.
Dale is a product of the Hampshire Academy and featured regularly in the Hampshire Second XI. He progressed to make two first-team appearances, picking up match figures of 3-35 on his first-class debut in August 2020.
All-rounder Scriven is also a graduate of the Hampshire youth system having represented the Academy as a teenager alongside featuring for Hampshire 2XI.
Scriven made his Hampshire debut aged just 19 after being selected for a home T20 group fixture against Gloucestershire in 2018. The seamer made 9 first-team appearances with a best score of 68 against Kent in 2020.
Hampshire wish both players all the best for the future.
