Kids Go Free For Hampshire’s Season Openers
Kids go free across the Easter weekend (3–6 April) as Hampshire host Essex in the Rothesay County Championship, with the same offer available for Hampshire Women’s season opener on 11 April.
Hampshire Cricket can confirm the departures of Ajeet Dale and Tom Scriven following the end of the 2021 season.
Fast-bowler Dale leaves the Club to join Gloucestershire while Scriven has signed for Leicestershire.
We have enjoyed seeing Ajeet & Tom progress over the years.

Both players are moving to a fresh opportunity at a new county and we wish them all the best moving forwards.
Dale is a product of the Hampshire Academy and featured regularly in the Hampshire Second XI. He progressed to make two first-team appearances, picking up match figures of 3-35 on his first-class debut in August 2020.
All-rounder Scriven is also a graduate of the Hampshire youth system having represented the Academy as a teenager alongside featuring for Hampshire 2XI.
Scriven made his Hampshire debut aged just 19 after being selected for a home T20 group fixture against Gloucestershire in 2018. The seamer made 9 first-team appearances with a best score of 68 against Kent in 2020.
