Southern Vipers batter and Hampshire Captain Emily Windsor has signed a seven-day rolling loan deal with Lightning.
The batter will be unavailable for Southern Vipers selection for at least the first Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy match on Saturday 2nd July.

Windsor, who starred in the final of the 2021 Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy with a gutsy 47*, has featured in the Vipers’ Charlotte Edwards Cup squads but is yet to play this year.
Emily didn't play any cricket during the Charlotte Edwards Cup, and is keen to put her 50-over skills to the test from game one of the new campaign.
Adam Carty, Regional Director of Women's Cricket
She's gone to Lightning for the short term in the hope that when she turns out for the Vipers next, she's primed and ready to go.
We wish Emily the best of luck during her stint with Lightning.
