England’s Vipers Head Into The T20 World Cup Semi-Finals
Danni Wyatt struck 59 from just 33 balls whilst Charlie Dean took 2-28 as England romped to a 114-run win against Pakistan
England made their way into the semi-finals of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in South Africa after an emphatic 114-run victory against Pakistan.
Southern Vipers stars Danni Wyatt and Charlie Dean played key roles in the Three Lions’ victory.
Aggressive opening batter Wyatt found her form with an explosive 33-ball 59 as England recorded the highest ever score in a Women’s T20 World Cup match.
Off spinner Dean meanwhile took the wickets of World Cup centurion Muneeba Ali and the experienced Sidra Ameen.
England now face either New Zealand or South Africa on the second semi-final at Cape Town on Friday 24th February at 1pm, with the winner taking on either Australia or India in the final, also at Cape Town, on Sunday 26th.
Fans can watch England in action at The Ageas Bowl this July, as they take on Australia in the penultimate match of the Women’s Ashes series.
Tickets are available at the discounted Early Bird rate, with prices starting at £8 for adults, and just £5 for Under 17s, but only until Thursday 9th March.

Tickets for Southern Vipers fixtures are available at the cheaper, Advance rate until 11:59pm the day before the matchday, after which ticket prices will change to the On The Day rate for that match.
Tickets for the two T20 Double-Headers with Hampshire Hawks on Friday 26th May and Wednesday 31st May are available at the Super Early Bird rate until 31st March.
