The Vitality Blast and Charlotte Edwards Cup trophies will be going on tour of the South this Friday and fans have the opportunity to win tickets if they can guess where they will be stopping on route
The Ageas Bowl-based Hampshire Hawks and Southern Vipers are the reigning T20 champions in their respective domestic T20 tournaments, the Vitality Blast and Charlotte Edwards Cup.
To celebrate our home, both trophies will be heading to a number of locations across Hampshire and surrounding counties, and fans can be in with the chance to win tickets to Hampshire Hawks’ first home Vitality Blast matchday at The Ageas Bowl on Friday 26th May, a ‘Champions Day’ Double Header with Southern Vipers playing that afternoon.
A ‘Guess Where’ social media campaign will take place on Friday 28th April, where fans can tune into Hampshire Cricket’s and Southern Vipers’ Twitter and Instagram feeds to keep track of the trophies’ location as hints are dropped on the journey, and fans can guess which location the trophies are heading.
Fans who guess one of the locations correctly before the landmark is revealed will be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of complimentary tickets to ‘Champions Day’ on Friday 26th May.
Friday’s Trophy Tour will come to an end when the trophies reach Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth from 4pm, where fans can join us for the opportunity to win ten pairs of ‘Champions Day’ tickets and get their photo with the trophies and Hawks mascot ‘Hawky’ within the Central Square at the shopping centre until 6pm.
This campaign comes as part of the Hampshire Hawks & Southern Vipers Trophy Tour, which kicked-off on Tuesday 25th April as both trophies were accompanied by Hawks and Vipers stars for the launch of the Basingstoke Hawks Academy at Brighton Hill School, Basingstoke. The trophies will be on the road again, visiting a number of champion cricket clubs across local recreational leagues on Wednesday 3rd May, as well as appearing at showcase events at local cricket clubs on the evening of Friday 5th May.

Champions Day ticket giveaway terms & conditions:
To enter the #T20TrophyTour social media prize draw, fans must enter the correct location where the trophies will be revealed by answering via the Instagram Story question box available on both Hampshire and Vipers Instagram stories on the day, or by Twitter reply/quote tweet.
The answer must be submitted at least one minute before the location is revealed on Hampshire or Southern Vipers’ Instagram or Twitter feeds as indicated above.
There can be up to one winner per location and for locations with multiple correct answers, winners will be selected at random and contacted by social media to be made aware of their prize.
