The next Network Hampshire Business Club networking lunch takes place on Friday 7^th February with guest speaker, Miles Henson.

Miles, as Director of ‘People Academy’, is a charismatic and engaging mentor, coach and executive consultant to Team USA Elite Olympic coaches – having worked with them in the run up to Rio 2016 and now the Tokyo games in 2020 – business leaders, managers and executive teams – helping them to deliver people transformation, people performance, sales performance and culture change.

Drawing on his wealth of coaching and facilitation experience, Miles enjoys the challenge of helping global businesses and Elite sports teams to communicate effectively, with a focus on understanding how modifying our communication and behaviours can resonate with different people, regardless of industry, delivering far greater success.
