Hampshire Confirm Desert Springs 2022 Pre-Season Tour

Hampshire Cricket are pleased to confirm that the team will be visiting Desert Springs for this year’s pre-season tour.

The squad and coaching staff will head to the Spanish resort for a warm-weather training camp to complement the pre-season playing schedule, which sees Hampshire play two friendlies and a UCCE match before the season commences in April.

As with previous tours, the squad has been split into two groups. A bowling group made up of nine players and three coaches will arrive first, on Thursday 10^th March, before the remaining ten players and two coaches join them on Sunday 13^th March.

Alongside the training, the team will contest a two-day friendly match with Leicestershire, starting on Wednesday 16^th March, ahead of their return to the UK on Friday 18^th March.
