Hampshire Cricket are delighted to announce that Oli Soames and Harry Came have been awarded new contracts by the Club.
Both players have committed to deals that will see them remain at the The Ageas Bowl until at least the end of the 2020 season.
Opening batsman Soames has put pen-to-paper on a deal after impressing in the Second XI this season, alongside featuring at the top of the order in the final four first-class fixtures of the 2018 campaign.
Fellow batsman Came, a 20-year-old top-order batsman who has come through the Hampshire youth system, has had a strong Second XI showing this season, totalling 951 runs across all formats.
Oli and Harry are both exciting prospects and we’re delighted they’ve committed their future to Hampshire - we’re looking forward to seeing them progress over the next two seasons.
