Hampshire’s Pre-Season Calendar Confirmed
Hampshire’s men and women will be going on tour in March with trips to Stellenbosch and Desert Springs, and five warm up matches
Two Hampshire cricketers will be taking part in a special three day cricket coaching course being held over the festive period.
All-rounder Liam Dawson and wicketkeeper-batsman Lewis McManus will be passing on their knowledge and expertise to the youngsters involved, with all courses conducted by Hampshire coaches.
Dawson, who finished the 2015 season as Hampshire’s highest run-scorer in the Royal London 50-over competition, will be coaching at the The Ageas Bowl whilst 20-year old McManus, who impressed with both the bat and behind the stumps in his two first-team appearances for Hampshire this season, will be running sessions in Dorset.
We are thrilled to have both Liam and Lewis involved in this Christmas course. Their insight and experience offers a great opportunity for those enrolled to not only learn and develop their skills and technique but also to do this in an engaging and fun way.
