Hampshire Cricket are delighted to unveil the Club’s new playing kit for the 2022 LV= Insurance County Championship.
Teaming up again with global sports brand New Balance, the new kit has been unveiled with the squad’s preparations well underway for the new County Championship campaign.
As in 2020 and 2021, a donation of £5 will be made to Southampton Hospitals Charity for every replica shirt sold in 2022, as the Club continue their support of the NHS and the construction of a specialist rehabilitation space within the General Intensive Care Unit at University Hospital Southampton.
Hampshire - who begin their bid for the County Championship title against Somerset on Thursday 7th April – will first wear their new kit in their pre-season match against Loughborough UCCE, starting on Monday 28th March.
Fans can now pre-order the new playing shirt from the Hampshire Cricket’s online store, which can be accessed via the link below, with shirts available for delivery or collection in the week commencing Monday 28th March.
After coming so close in 2021, James Vince’s side will be looking to make this season one to remember and pick up their first County Championship title since 1973.
They will play a total of 14 matches in the competition, including 7 home fixtures at The Ageas Bowl, throughout the summer. Their season finale will be a visit to defending champions Warwickshire starting on Monday 26th September.
