Hampshire Confirm Men’s Coaching Appointments
Russell Domingo has been named as men’s Head Coach on a two-year deal across all formats with Shane Burger appointed Bowling Coach
Hampshire youngsters Fletcha Middleton and Tom Prest have both been selected as part of a North-South England Lions training excercise.
The duo are part of a group of potential England Young Lions players who have travelled to Loughborough to take part in two Best v Best matchdays in September.
26 players in total have been selected for the exercise, with the group split into two squads – North and South – to compete in a three-day red-ball match.

The same number of players will return to Loughborough on the weekend of September 26th & 27th for two white-ball fixtures.
Hampshire's Head of Player Development, Charlie Freeson will also assist the preparation of both sides, following a summer in which several First-Class County coaches have played a huge role in assisting the preparation of senior England Men’s players.
Richard Damms (Yorkshire), John Windows (Durham), Ali Maiden (Leicestershire) and Daryn Smit (Derbyshire) will assist with the North; Gareth Townsend (Surrey), Steve Snell (Somerset) and Rich Halsall (Sussex) will support the South alongside Freeston.
