The pre-registration period for the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup Public Ballot is now open!
The ballot opens at 10am on Wednesday August 1st, when ticket applications will be open to all members of the public. Those looking to apply must register an account via the Official Cricket World Cup Ticketing website.
The ballot will officially open until August 29th and fans will be able to apply for each of the matches, with tickets in each price band at every game available.
Next year’s World Cup, which will be hosted at grounds across England and Wales and feature 10 teams, will allow fans a chance to see some of the world's best in action.
The five matches hosted at the 'Hampshire Bowl' will see England, South Africa, India, West Indies, Bangladesh and Afghanistan all compete on the south coast, with matches held at the venue between Wednesday 5th June and Monday 24th June.
The host venues for next year's ICC CWC taking place in England & Wales between 30 May to 14 July 2019 are: Lord’s, The Oval, Bristol County Ground, County Ground Taunton, Hampshire Bowl, Cardiff Wales Stadium, The Riverside Durham, Old Trafford, Headingley and Edgbaston.
Host nation England will open the tournament at The Oval on May 30th when they take on South Africa, while reigning champions Australia start their title defence on June 1st against Afghanistan in a day/night match in Bristol. The World Cup will conclude when the final takes place at Lord’s on Sunday July 14th.
