Match Preview: Somerset v Hampshire Women, Metro Bank One Day Cup
Hampshire Women travel to Taunton to face Somerset after going top of the table having won their previous fixture
Hampshire captain James Vince has signed for reigning Australian Big Bash Champions, Sydney Sixers for the second year running as the tournament prepares to get going in December.
Vince averages near on 30 with the bat whilst boasting a strike rate of 129 down under.
The right-hander will be available for the tournament's entirety, as opposed to the second half of the competition in 2019/20, where the Sixers ran out eventual winners beating Glenn Maxwell's Melbourne Stars in the final.
The franchise, who claimed the inaugural BBL crown back in 2011/12, are led by Australian international Moises Henriques and also feature England seamer Tom Curran.
Vince has enjoyed three BBL stints previously, representing Sydney Sixers in last years' competition and their state counterparts Sydney Thunder across 2017 & 2018.
