Job Vacancy: Conference & Banqueting Manager

The Ageas Bowl is home to Hampshire Cricket and hosts England Internationals; but the venue’s offering doesn’t end there.  The stadium hosts around 6,000 covers over a busy Christmas period in a thriving conference and banqueting business, 10 weddings per year and a wide variety of events from small meetings to large conferences and exhibitions.  The stadium is also one of the best concert venues along the South Coast, having played host to Rod Stewart, Bryan Adams and Little Mix amongst others.

Reporting to the Head of Catering, the Conference and Banqueting Manager of The Ageas Bowl Experience Limited (“ABEL”) plays a vital role to ensure we deliver first class customer experiences across the venue, developing the small but dedicated team and ensuring that we maintain the best standards in profit delivery.
