Hampshire Cricket are seeking applications for coach(es) to work alongside the Head of Performance in their Emerging Player Program (EPP) & CAG pathway.
For the right candidate(s) – there will also be opportunities to coach within the Girls County Age Group Program and Hampshire Women’s squad.
It is essential that candidate(s) hold a minimum Level 2 and at least 3-5 years’ coaching experience with cricketers (boys or girls) age 15+ years. They must have an understanding of how development programs work, be able to identify talent and have a track record of developing players successfully.
