The Role

We are looking for a detail-driven and fan-focused Ticket Operations & Reporting Manager to lead all ticketing activity across matches and major events at Utilita Bowl. You will own the SecuTix platform, deliver data-led insights, and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey that drives both operational excellence and commercial performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Hampshire Cricket as Ticket Operations & Reporting Manager at a time of significant growth and opportunity for the Club. With a packed events calendar, an Ashes Test on the horizon, and expanding engagement across domestic and international fixtures, growing audiences and delivering great fan experience within ticketing is a core pillar of the Club’s strategy.

You will lead and manage the Club's ticketing operations, overseeing all elements of platform setup and partner relationships, and leading insight-led decision-making from the reporting systems you oversee.

This is a hands-on, service-driven role with a clear focus on growing revenue, improving efficiency, enhancing fan satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm, with regular evening and weekend work during the season for matchdays and major events.

Location: Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH.
