Robin Smith: The Judge Who Stood Tall In The Ashes
A masterful batter whose courage defined Ashes series and cemented his place in Hampshire & England history.
Hampshire and Australia off-spinner Nathan Lyon has today been selected in the ICC's Test Team of the Year for 2019.
The right-armer claimed 44 Test wickets in 12 Tests last year - the second best tally among any bowler in 2019 - with four five-wicket hauls to his name and best match figures of 9-161.
Lyon was also the only spinner to take more than 30 wickets in the calendar year.
