Australian Duo Neser And Lehmann Join Hampshire For 2026
Australian all-rounder Michael Neser and batter Jake Lehmann join Hampshire for the 2026 season
Hampshire will be seeking a second consecutive win in the 2015 LV= County Championship campaign when they face Durham in the four-day fixture beginning on Tuesday.
After a commanding victory over a strong Warwickshire side in their last fixture, James Vince’s side will be hoping that a similar performance will help them climb out of the bottom two places in the competition’s Division One.
Hampshire Squad:
Hampshire have announced a 14-man squad for the LV= County Championship fixture.
All-rounder Sean Ervine returns to play his first four-day game since June following his recovery from a finger injury, whilst new signings Ryan Mclaren and Ryan Stevenson are also included and could make their Hampshire debuts if selected in the final eleven.
The Opposition:
Durham’s 2015 LV= County Championship campaign has been one of mixed fortunes so far, with Paul Collingwood’s side currently fifth in the Division One standings.
The hosts suffered a difficult 71-run defeat in their last fixture against Middlesex, and with any title ambitions now all but ended with three games remaining, they will still be looking to finish the campaign in positive fashion.
