Glamorgan v Hampshire
Royal London Cup
Friday 19th August (11am Start)
Neath
Hampshire travel to Neath for their first game at the ground since 1972, to take on Glamorgan in the Royal London Cup.
Nick Gubbins’ side have won all five of their group matches so far and another in this game would book their place in the knockout stages of the 50-over competition.
Meanwhile, Glamorgan – last season’s champions – have struggled for form and, after winning their opening two matches, have since lost four on the bounce.
Hampshire Squad
Hampshire have named a 12-player squad for the match against Glamorgan.
Toby Albert comes into the fixture following back-to-back match-winning half centuries, and after agreeing a new two-year extension at Hampshire while Ian Holland returns after international duty with the USA.
John Turner led the bowling attack last time out with a maiden List A five wicket haul, while Scott Currie and Jack Campbell continued their good form in the competition taking three and two wickets respectively.
16-year-old Dom Kelly, who impressed on debut against Lancashire, is away with England Under-19s.
