Kids Go Free For Hampshire’s Season Openers
Kids go free across the Easter weekend (3–6 April) as Hampshire host Essex in the Rothesay County Championship, with the same offer available for Hampshire Women’s season opener on 11 April.
Hampshire will be seeking a third successive Bob Willis Trophy win when they face unbeaten Essex in a top-of-the-table clash at Arundel Castle Cricket Club, starting this Saturday.
Sam Northeast's side currently sit second in the group, 16 points behind the visitors, with a Hampshire victory in the penultimate fixure of the competition sure to keep the side's quest for top-spot alive.
Team News:
A 13-man squad has been named for the fixture with Ajeet Dale and Ryan Stevenson returning after recovering from their respective injuries.
Keith Barker and Liam Dawson remain sidelined due to injury while James Vince remains unavailable as a precautionary measure until after the impending birth of his second child.
