Hampshire continue their Royal London Cup campaign against Northamptonshire Steelbacks as they return to Newclose on the Isle of Wight for their first game at the out ground since 2019.
Nick Gubbins’ side have won their opening two matches, including a convincing 163-run victory over Kent Spitfires last time out – where they recorded their highest ever List A total of 396/5.
Meanwhile, the Steelbacks followed up their defeat to Yorkshire Vikings with a dramatic win over Essex Eagles.
Hampshire Squad
Hampshire have named a 13-player squad for the match.
Tom Prest stood out in the last game against Kent, scoring 181 – the second highest total by a Hampshire player in List A cricket – while skipper Nick Gubbins also made 117.
With the ball, Jack Campbell recorded figures of 4-44 and Felix Organ had 3-39.
All-rounder Ian Holland has been recalled to the USA squad and will miss the next three games.
