Hampshire Cricket Launch New County Championship And One Day Cup Kits For 2026
Looking back on Hampshire Cricket history, we pay tribute to the County Championship and ODC kits featured at the Bowl... 25 years in the making.
Hampshire will take to The Ageas Bowl for the final time in this year’s Royal London Cup group-stage campaign as they take on Worcestershire in the latest instalment of 50-over action tomorrow.
A tough result against Lancashire last time out saw Kyle Abbott’s side comfortably beaten, despite heavy rain resulting in an early finish to the fixture, and they’ll be looking to put things right in front of a home crowd this week before multiple away match-ups.
Hampshire Squad:
An unchanged 14-man squad has been announced for Wednesday’s fixture.
Lewis McManus’ solid showing with the bat was the main highlight in Sunday’s disappointing effort, alongside a tight spell with the ball from captain Abbott, and both players will be looking to add to their respective run and wicket tallies against the Rapids.
A performance more in keeping with last week’s el clasicoast thrashing against Sussex Sharks will be required to secure a positive result and stay in the hunt in what has become a tight race for the qualification places.
James Vince, Liam Dawson, Mason Crane, Chris Wood and Brad Wheal remain absent again this week due to their respective commitments in The Hundred.
