Match Preview: Southern Vipers v South East Stars - Charlotte Edwards Cup

Southern Vipers will be hoping to bounce back against South East Stars in the Charlotte Edwards Cup at The Ageas Bowl on Saturday (2:30pm Start) after falling to a six wicket loss to the Central Sparks at Hove on Wednesday.

Georgia Adams side are still top of the group after Wednesday's result but Saturday sees second place South East Stars visit The Ageas Bowl for what should be a mouthwatering match-up. The Vipers came out on top in the reverse fixture at Beckenham by seven wickets with Charlotte Taylor ripping through the Stars middle order, taking three wickets from her four overs.

The Vipers have named a 13-player squad for Saturday's fixture.

After their first England call ups, the Vipers will be without Charlie Dean and Maia Bouchier for Saturday's match, as well as Danni Wyatt who has also been selected for the IT20 series against New Zealand.
