Hampshire continue their 2020 Vitality Blast campaign on Sunday facing old rivals Sussex Sharks at Hove

Hampshire will be looking to build on their Vitality Blast point at Canterbury when they face Sussex Sharks in the first el-clasicoast of the summer, starting at 2pm on Sunday.

Sam Northeast's young side will be raring to go, especially batsman Joe Weatherley who's 68 at Canterbury is a sign of his current form. 


Team News:

A unchanged 14-man squad has been named for the fixture with eight players having played age-group cricket for Hampshire. Youngsters Scott Currie and Ajeet Dale will be hoping to make an impact.

On the other end of the scale, Chris Wood will draw level with Jimmy Adams in playing his 123rd T20 match for Hampshire.

Liam Dawson continues to be sidelined due to injury while James Vince remains unavailable as a precautionary measure until after the impending birth of his second child.
