Match Preview: Sussex v Hampshire, Bob Willis Trophy

Hampshire's Bob Willis Trophy campaign begins at local-rivals Sussex on Saturday

Hampshire begin the first of their five regionalised behind-closed-doors Bob Willis Trophy fixtures on Saturday, making the short trip to Hove to face Sussex for what will be their second match against their local rivals this week.

The series of red ball fixtures in the one-off Bob Willis Trophy will hold first-class status and Hampshire will be hoping to pick up where they left off after their third-place finish in 2019’s County Championship.

Fidel Edwards, Kyle Abbott and Brad Wheal are currently not in the UK and unavailable for selection.
