Hampshire begin their Metro Bank One Day Cup campaign with a trip to Edgbaston on Wednesday 23rd April to face Warwickshire.
Georgia Adams’ side played two friendlies with a further game against Somerset rained off.
Warwickshire won three of their pre-season friendlies with Sterre Kalis scoring 158 runs in three innings whilst Millie Taylor, formerly of Vipers Academy and twin sister of Hampshire’s Mary Taylor, is their leading wicket taker with five from 19 overs.
Hampshire Squad
Hampshire have named a 14-player squad for their opening match against Warwickshire.
England’s Lauren Bell, Maia Bouchier, and Linsey Smith will all be available for the opening match of the season.
Freya Kemp is currently recovering from a back injury so is unavailable for the first few fixtures.
Pace bowlers Poppy Tulloch and Daisy Gibb could make their professional debuts.

18-year-old batter Davina Perrin is a star for the future and is the youngest player ever to gain a Hundred deal, when she was aged just 15 years old.
Seam bowler Emily Arlott has been on the fringes of international selection before when she earned a call up to the Test squad in 2022, whilst Hannah Baker and Charis Pavely are the leaders of the spin attack.
