Southern Vipers batter Ella McCaughan says she feels 'privileged' and 'more motivated than ever' after she received her first professional contract in November.
The 20-year-old hit the winning runs in the Charlotte Edwards Cup final, and recorded her career-best score of 72 for the Vipers against Lightning in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, when she and captain Georgia Adams put on 150 for the opening wicket.
