Utilita Bowl is on a mission to become the world's greenest international cricket stadium. Home to some of England's most successful cricket teams as well as Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, eforea spa, Boundary Lakes Golf Course, Hampshire Wellbeing Centre and BEEFY's Restaurant.

Utilita Bowl is the home of Hampshire Cricket and Southern Brave, whilst also being a host venue for England Cricket internationals.

In 2024, Hampshire Cricket finished second in the Vitality County Championship, reached the knock-out stage of the Metro Bank One Day Cup and hosted seven action-packed Vitality Blast fixtures as Hampshire Hawks.

Southern Vipers went into their final season as the ‘Vipers’, reaching both Charlotte Edwards Cup and Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy semi-finals.

Southern Brave Men finished Runners-Up in The Hundred after hosting four spectacular double header matchdays at Utilita Bowl with the Women’s side in July & August.

Both England Men & Women hosted sold-out IT20 cricket at the venue based just outside Southampton. England Women welcomed New Zealand, before England Men hosted Ashes rivals Australia.

In 2025, England return for three international fixtures, including Men's fixtures against West Indies and South Africa, as well as England Women hosting India.

There were no 'el clasicoast' debut nerves from the South African batsman as he blasts a big hundred

Aiden Markram arrived at Hampshire with great pedigree last summer and wasted no time making himself feel at home on the South Coast.

Markram played a pivotal role in helping Hampshire return to Lord's to defend their Royal London One-Day Cup title, scoring 466 runs from his eight games at an average of 58.

The 25-year-old struck a blistering 130 from just 87 deliveries in the summer's first 'el clasicoast' instalment as Hampshire made tough work of defending their target of 356 set for Sussex.

Markram scored 18 boundaries including two sixes as he added 184 runs with Tom Alsop (124) for the second wicket.

A phenomenal impact in such a short space of time, with three fifties and one century, Aiden Markram's 130 against Sussex is a worthy Monday Moment.
