The Ageas Bowl Announces Partnership With Nuffield Health

For the 2018 season Hampshire Cricket and the The Ageas Bowl have partnered with the Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital in Chandlers Ford.

Throughout the 2018 season Hampshire Cricket and the The Ageas Bowl have been partnered with the Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital in Chandlers Ford. Nuffield Health is one of the leading not-for-profit UK healthcare organisations with a network of private hospitals, and gyms across the UK.

A key aspect of the partnership is that the Hampshire Cricket players have access to Nuffield's state-of-the-art facilities, in particular swift access to MRI scans for any potential injury, which can be promptly treated by their experts, meaning the quickest possible return to the game.

This partnership enables all the Hampshire players to have instant access through me to all the services at Wessex Nuffield Hospital, including, imaging and all the hospital based specialists as required. This will minimise time loss on injuries and speed recovery times allowing the players to perform better and more frequently. There are also potential opportunities to develop medical and wellbeing services for the community.
