Hampshire beat Warwickshire by 40 runs - on this day in 2007 - in the 50-over Friends Provident Trophy semi-final at the Rose Bowl to book a return to Lord’s.
Nine Hampshire players batted against an attack that included one former Hampshire bowler Heath Streak and another future one, Dale Steyn.
While only Michael Lumb failed to reach double figures, only John Crawley (65) and Nic Pothas (40*) got beyond Dimi’s 26, as Hampshire posted a modest total of 206-6.
