Utilita Bowl is on a mission to become the world's greenest international cricket stadium. Home to some of England's most successful cricket teams as well as Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, eforea spa, Boundary Lakes Golf Course, Hampshire Wellbeing Centre and BEEFY's Restaurant.

Utilita Bowl is the home of Hampshire Cricket and Southern Brave, whilst also being a host venue for England Cricket internationals.

In 2024, Hampshire Cricket finished second in the Vitality County Championship, reached the knock-out stage of the Metro Bank One Day Cup and hosted seven action-packed Vitality Blast fixtures as Hampshire Hawks.

Southern Vipers went into their final season as the ‘Vipers’, reaching both Charlotte Edwards Cup and Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy semi-finals.

Southern Brave Men finished Runners-Up in The Hundred after hosting four spectacular double header matchdays at Utilita Bowl with the Women’s side in July & August.

Both England Men & Women hosted sold-out IT20 cricket at the venue based just outside Southampton. England Women welcomed New Zealand, before England Men hosted Ashes rivals Australia.

In 2025, England return for three international fixtures, including Men's fixtures against West Indies and South Africa, as well as England Women hosting India.

Ottniel Baartman Will No Longer Join Up With Hampshire Hawks

South African bowler was meant to be available for the Hawks' final six Vitality Blast group matches

Hampshire Hawks have announced that Ottniel Baartman is no longer joining up with the team in this year's Vitality Blast.

The South African fast-bowler was supposed to be available for the Hawks' final six Vitality Blast group matches as replacement for Naveen-ul-Haq. However, after missing the last two matches with visa issues, he will no longer be joining.

We would like to wish Ottniel all the best and hope to see him in a Hawks shirt in the future.
