Designed to help those Iooking to relieve stress, improve core strength or just improve general fitness, pilates is an effective, low-impact method of achieving physical goals.
Weekly hour-long classes - primarily intended to aid anyone with back, neck or postural symptoms - will be held at the The Ageas Bowl and each session is suitable for all levels, from beginners all the way up to elite performers - sessions will run at the following times:
