Presenting your End Of Season Award winners for 2025
Hampshire's Kyle Abbot was the mainstay of the 2025 End of Season Awards, as 10 players received trophies.
Hampshire’s Kyle Abbott capped off an extraordinary summer by collecting three trophies, while Toby Albert and Freya Kemp each picked up two awards at the End of Season Awards celebration.
After a stellar 2025 season for Hampshire, Abbott claimed 42 wickets in 19 matches, earning him the 'Bowler of the Year' title. He was also recognised by his teammates, receiving the Hampshire Cricket 'Players’ Player of the Year' award.
It came as little surprise when he was also named 'First-Class MVP', rounding off a dominant campaign.
Toby Albert also made a huge impact on and off the pitch. The 22-year-old batter enjoyed an excellent season, scoring 712 runs across all formats, including six half-centuries and a match-winning 89 not out in the Vitality Blast. His consistency and ability to perform in high pressure moments saw him win over the crowd and ultimately securing him the 'Fans’ Player of the Year' award.
Albert's white-ball performances was also recognised as he was named T20 MVP, highlighting his value as one of Hampshire’s most exciting emerging talents.
All-rounder Freya Kemp also picked up two awards, after her significant contribution to cricket in 2025 including her performance in The Hundred where she averaged in the mid-30s with a strike rate above 130 and finished the summer with 21 wickets across competitions.
Her impact earned her Women’s 'Players’ Player of the Year' and 'Young Player of the Year', highlighting her growing influence in the game and her leadership potential at just 20 years old.
Hampshire’s End of Season Awards not only celebrated outstanding individual achievements but also reflected the strength and depth of the squad heading into 2026.
