Where clubs do not have a trained welfare officer, advice is that legal responsibility lies with club executive officers so this invitation extends to all club chairs who are welcome to attend.
This invitation also includes clubs without a junior section but with junior members (i.e. aged under 18 on 31 August).

*Club Welfare Officers need to complete the Safe Hands and Safeguarding and Protecting Children (SPC) workshops every 3 years.
