Hampshire Men travel to Taunton to face third-placed Somerset in the penultimate round of the Rothesay County Championship
Former Hampshire all-rounder Sean Ervine will this week begin his journey to become a professional golfer, beginning his second sporting career.
After 19 years playing professional cricket, including 14 with Hampshire, Ervine has swapped the outfield for the golf course in his new ventue, which begins with his bid to qualify for the MENA Tour in the Middle East.
Having played at the The Ageas Bowl for more than a decade, Ervine is also no stranger to the on-site Boundary Lakes Golf Course and, as the course's newly appointed Touring Professional, he'll be regularly practicing and honing his game at the facility.
