Hampshire’s Pre-Season Calendar Confirmed
Hampshire’s men and women will be going on tour in March with trips to Stellenbosch and Desert Springs, and five warm up matches

Hampshire Cricket Board are delighted to announce that Serious Cricket will sponsor the successful W10 Programme now in its third year.
W10 is aimed at women and girls aged 13+ who fancy giving cricket a go for the first time in a fun and sociable environment.

It's fast and fun, games last around 45 minutes and are played with a soft ball.
There are 10 players per team who each bat for 10 overs (an over is when a bowler bowls the ball 6 times to the batter).
The playing kit is for keeps so the fun can continue beyond the programme.
Serious Cricket is delighted to be sponsoring the hugely successful W10 cricket programme for the next 3 years. We can add further support to this pioneering project and as kit suppliers to Kia Super League champions the Southern Vipers, we're now backing women’s cricket in the south from grass roots to elite.

W10 has had a real impact in Hampshire over the last 2 years, giving mums, wives, girlfriends and newbies the chance to try sport for the first time in a fun and friendly environment. We are delighted that Serious Cricket has decided to sponsor this initiative and with their support we hope the number of teams continues to grow.

12 new sides took part in 2015 and 2016, 11 of whom are still playing. New for 2017 are Emsworth, Gosport Borough, IBM Hursley, Sparsholt and Twyford.
This year's programme comprises 13 sides while 3 of the original teams are playing hard ball cricket in the Hampshire Cricket League Women's Divisions.
