It's fast and fun, games last around 45 minutes and are played with a soft ball.
There are 10 players per team who each bat for 10 overs (an over is when a bowler bowls the ball 6 times to the batter).
The playing kit is for keeps so the fun can continue beyond the programme.

W10 has had a real impact in Hampshire over the last 2 years, giving mums, wives, girlfriends and newbies the chance to try sport for the first time in a fun and friendly environment. The Story So Far
12 new sides took part in 2015 and 2016, 11 of whom are still playing. New for 2017 are Emsworth, Gosport Borough, IBM Hursley, Sparsholt and Twyford.
This year's programme comprises 13 sides while 3 of the original teams are playing hard ball cricket in the Hampshire Cricket League Women's Divisions.
