Utilita Bowl is on a mission to become the world's greenest international cricket stadium. Home to some of England's most successful cricket teams as well as Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, eforea spa, Boundary Lakes Golf Course, Hampshire Wellbeing Centre and BEEFY's Restaurant.

Utilita Bowl is the home of Hampshire Cricket and Southern Brave, whilst also being a host venue for England Cricket internationals.

In 2024, Hampshire Cricket finished second in the Vitality County Championship, reached the knock-out stage of the Metro Bank One Day Cup and hosted seven action-packed Vitality Blast fixtures as Hampshire Hawks.

Southern Vipers went into their final season as the ‘Vipers’, reaching both Charlotte Edwards Cup and Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy semi-finals.

Southern Brave Men finished Runners-Up in The Hundred after hosting four spectacular double header matchdays at Utilita Bowl with the Women’s side in July & August.

Both England Men & Women hosted sold-out IT20 cricket at the venue based just outside Southampton. England Women welcomed New Zealand, before England Men hosted Ashes rivals Australia.

In 2025, England return for three international fixtures, including Men's fixtures against West Indies and South Africa, as well as England Women hosting India.

Ireland International Gaby Lewis Joins Southern Vipers

lrish all-rounder Gaby Lewis joins for the remainder of Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy campaign

Southern Vipers have recruited Gaby Lewis for the remainder of the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy campaign.

Irish international Lewis - who will wear number 66 - is set to feature for the Vipers on Friday in their away fixture against the Thunder.

The 20 year old has appeared 48 times for her country in T20s, with a high score of 105 not out, while also managing to score five 50s in the format.

Earlier in the summer, Lewis featured for the Southern Brave during their run to the final of The Hundred so brings a winning mentality and familarity to the Vipers line-up.

"We are very grateful to Cricket Ireland for their support and cooperation in securing Gaby's signature for the rest of the 50 over competition.

Gaby made a very positive impact as a cricketer and individual during her time at The Ageas Bowl with the Southern Brave in the Hundred. We are delighted to have her back and playing in the orange and black.''
