Australian Duo Neser And Lehmann Join Hampshire For 2026
Australian all-rounder Michael Neser and batter Jake Lehmann join Hampshire for the 2026 season
The inaugural Vitality Challenge Series, which saw some of the most promising 9-15 year old boys across the county take part in a unique series of matches, has been hailed a success.
The series saw seven age-groups from U9s to U15s contest fixtures throughout August, across multiple venues in Hampshire.
The Vitality Challenge Series was a fantastic way to bring the curtain down on this summer's RPC season.
Tim Simmonite, Player Pathway Cricket Operations Manager
The quality of cricket on show, coupled with being able to take the squads to a number of venues across our county, was a fitting end to our outdoor programme.
All credit goes to the boys who played so well and the parents and coaches who supported them throughout this summer's programme.
Each side featured the best performing players from the 2021 RPC season celebrating their achievements and the matches offered the youngsters the opportunity to showcase their talent for a final time this summer.
The series - part of Hampshire Cricket's partnership with award-winning health and life insurance provider, Vitality - took place across a number of venues, including; West Hill Park School, Broxhead Common Cricket Ground, Wellington Sports Ground and Paultons Cricket Club.
