Bouchier became an established star for the Vipers and scored maiden Test and ODI centuries for England during 2024.

She was part of the Academy from 2021 and was awarded her first contract with Hampshire at the end of the 2024 season before being named as a non-travelling reserve for the Women’s U19 World Cup.

Playing for the Vipers Academy in 2024, she scored an unbeaten century against West Indies U19s in Newbury to showcase her all-round abilities.
