Ella Reseigh Chandler was born in Frimley, Surrey on 19th October 2000 and is a right handed batter.
She has played for the Southern Vipers since the new regional hubs were established in 2020, but made her debut for Hampshire in 2016 against Leicestershire where she scored her maiden half-century in her first innings, finishing on 58.

She was Hampshire's second-leading run scorer in the 2017 T20 Cup where she hit another two half-centuries in her 206 runs. She also took figures of 4-12 against Northamptonshire with her off spin.
Chandler scored 127 runs - more than anyone else for Hampshire in the 2021 T20 Cup - at 25.40, and was Hampshire's top run-getter again in the 2022 Women's T20 County Championship with 99 runs and a best of 33.
She made her Southern Vipers debut against South East Stars in the 2020 Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, and scored 27 runs in three matches in the 2021 Charlotte Edwards Cup.
