The Metro Bank One Day Cup is a 50-over competition and is cricket’s original cup competition.
The competition perfectly balances the intricacies of the longer format of the game and the thrills and spills of the T20 format. It also provides fans with a great opportunity to watch Hampshire’s future stars, offering a lot of opportunities to younger players.
In 2024, Hampshire Men made it through to the quarter final stages where a dramatic loss to Leicestershire saw their tournament come to a close.
2025 is the inaugural season of the Women's Metro Bank One Day Cup.
Finals
Hampshire Men and Women have both qualified for the Metro Bank One Day Cup Final.
Nick Gubbins’ side will take on Worcestershire Rapids in the Final at Trent Bridge on Saturday 20th September.
Tickets are available now via the Trent Bridge website. Hampshire fans are encouraged to book in the Radcliffe Road East section if you’d like to sit together with fellow supporters.
Following this, the Final of the inaugural Women’s Metro Bank One Day Cup Final arrives at Utilita Bowl on Sunday 21st September where Hampshire Women will face Lancashire Thunder at home.
Tickets are available for just £10 for adults and £5 for under-17s when purchased in advance.
Hampshire Fixtures
Hampshire Women kicked-off the one-day tournament in late April through to mid-September, hosting seven home fixtures, including two at Arundel Castle.
Hampshire Men hosted four home Metro Bank One Day Cup group stage fixtures at Utilita Bowl, welcoming Essex, Leicestershire Foxes, Notts Outlaws and Derbyshire Falcons to Utilita Bowl throughout August.
Hampshire Cricket members have access to all of Hampshire's home Metro Bank One Day Cup fixtures.
Members can also secure additional Member Guest tickets to bring friends and family along to enjoy the exclusive Members' Areas together for Hampshire's fixtures.
