The Ageas Bowl is set to host an unmissable evening of live blues music this November as the second ‘Blues at the Bowl’ event returns to the home of Hampshire Cricket this winter.
The venue’s iconic Rod Bransgrove Pavilion will once again play host to three fantastic up-and-coming blues acts on Saturday 23rd November as part of an all-encompassing blues experience which follows hot-on-the-heels of last year’s fantastic inaugural event.
Aynsley Lister, one of the UK’s hottest contemporary blues guitarists and vocalists, will headline the event, with harmonica virtuoso Hugh Budden and his band The Blue Chords also joining blues-rock four-piece Blue Touch on the bill of performers.
Standard tickets for Blues at the Bowl permitting access to unreserved seating and standing areas are available at £20 per person, with a ticket, burger and a pint or glass of wine combo priced at £35 per person. A limited number of VIP tickets, including reserved table seating, a cocktail on arrival and two-course meal are also available.
All ‘Blues At The Bowl’ tickets are available to purchase online via the link below, on the Hampshire Cricket App, over the phone on 02380 472002 (Opt.2) or in person at The Ageas Bowl Ticket Office (between 9am – 5pm on weekdays).
Situated an hour or less away from London, Brighton, Portsmouth and Reading, the The Ageas Bowl is easily accessible for anyone living in the South of England. With excellent transport links from all major train stations and ferry terminals in the area, as well as a Park & Ride Scheme, it couldn’t be easier to get to and from the ground.
