As we dive deeper into autumn, the Centre has expanded its services to make care more accessible for patients of all ages — from hand therapy and children’s physiotherapy to private GP support and sports massage.

Specialist hand therapy
We would like to introduce you toPaulina, a Specialist Hand Therapy Physiotherapist, who offers expert assessment and tailored treatment for hand, wrist, and elbow injuries.
Hand Physiotherapy also offers bespoke splinting services, tailored to support recovery and improve function in a wide range of conditions.
Paulina's services include:
Bespoke splinting for osteoarthritis, rheumatological and neurological conditions
Support for fractures, contractures and avulsions
Tailored rehabilitation to restore movement and strength
Treatment for adults and children

Paediatric Physiotherapy – helping children manage pain

Protect yourself this autumn with Coastal Private GP
The Coastal Private GP service, based at Hampshire Wellbeing Centre, is now offering vaccinations for Flu, Pneumonia, and Shingles. Convenient, same-day appointments mean patients can protect themselves and their loved ones without waiting lists.
Clinics run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If illness does occur, the GP team is also available to help patients get back on their feet quickly.

Meet Nina – the newest member of the Sports Therapy Team
This year, the Centre said goodbye to Meg, who has gone on to pursue a career in professional football. In her place, Hampshire Wellbeing Centre is excited to welcome Nina, a new Sports Therapist with a passion for helping individuals regain confidence through movement.
Nina offers Sports Therapy and Sports Massage, with appointments available in the afternoons and evenings.
