Hampshire Sports and Leisure Holding are seeking a Chief Integration Officer (CIO) to be responsible for leading the seamless and efficient integration of company assets into the Investor’s global sports portfolio
We are seeking a strategic leader to help project manage a diverse portfolio of assets spanning the sports, hospitality and leisure industries.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and experience in change management. You will play a key role in ensuring that the acquired assets align with the investor's vision, operational standards, and financial objectives.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute integration plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocations, and risk management.
Conduct due diligence, oversee operational integration, and identify synergies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with UK regulations, manage financial integration, and implement revenue enhancement and cost optimisation strategies.
Build relationships with stakeholders, work with local councils and cricket bodies, and oversee IT systems integration.
Develop marketing strategies to engage cricket fans and golf course/hotel customers.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
15+ years in senior management and successful integration projects.
Strong understanding of the sports and hospitality industry, with excellent project management and strategic planning skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of UK business regulations and cultural nuances.
Experience with international business integration.
Preferable experience of working in cricket, golf and hotel management.
