Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Any person who purchases, possesses or attempts to use a ticket issued under these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to have complied with these Terms and Conditions. Where more than one ticket issued to the applicant, on behalf of the person accompanying them, applicants must inform the person accompanying them of these Terms and Conditions and obtain their agreement to abide by them.

Purchasers agree to comply with our Spectator Code of Behaviour and Ground Regulations at all times and are responsible for compliance of all Members of their group. These are directed by the Stadium and may be updated to reflect changing restrictions in place.

Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of International Tickets

  • The purchaser assumes absolute responsibility for all tickets booked in his/her name and will be penalised if any of those tickets are used in contravention of these terms and conditions. All tickets remain the property of Hampshire Stadium Ltd at all times.
  • No exchanges are made or refunds given, other than those covered under the appropriate refund policy. Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered. Click here for refund policy.
  • Tickets may not, under any circumstances, be auctioned, offered for sale or re-sold above face value. 
  • The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Ticket in breach of the Ticket’s terms and conditions (known as “ticket touting”) may result in the Ticket being cancelled without notice and the Ticket holder being refused admission to, or being removed from the ground. If you are found to have committed a ticket touting offence, or we reasonably suspect you have committed such an offence, we reserve our right to take all appropriate legal action against you and will notify the ECB who may in turn notify other First Class Counties and the Marylebone Cricket Club and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities.  The information that we share may include your personal details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify, prevent and take all appropriate legal action in respect of ticket touting offences and disorder at matches.

Hampshire Stadium Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the booking without notification to anyone who has acquired a ticket in breach of these terms and conditions (an ‘unlawful ticket’), or if the purchaser has in the past defaulted on any payments. Unlawful ticket holders will, if necessary, be ejected from the stadium after they have entered the ground.

Hampshire Stadium Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for tickets purchased through third party re-sale sites, and is entitled to refuse entry to the ground in any instance whereby tickets are showing as inactive. In this instance customers would need to direct their enquiries back to their original ticket seller. Purchasers should be aware that if they do not receive their tickets from their ticket seller, Hampshire Stadium Ltd is unable to re issue tickets unless it is to the original ticket purchaser.

  • If the tickets you have requested are unavailable, Hampshire Stadium Ltd will automatically allocate alternative tickets for an area of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and reserve the right to move the location of bookings.
  • Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. Under 17’s tickets that have been purchased in advance can be transferred to an Adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat price. There are no downgrades on tickets. Requests made for a duplicate ticket or transfer of an Under 17 to an Adult ticket must be made by the original purchaser.
  • No person who is subject to a life ban imposed and/or recognised by the ICC, the ECB or any other ICC Member as a result of a breach of any applicable ICC, ECB or other ICC Member rules, regulations, codes or directives shall be permitted to enter the ground and any such person found within the ground on the day of the match shall be liable to immediate removal from the ground.
  • Please note that the use of any cameras or mobile devices or any electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc, is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. All ground regulations apply.
  • All International tickets will be sent by email and downloadable via the Hampshire Cricket App three weeks prior to the match start date. Tickets purchased within 3 weeks of the match will be emailed at point of purchase.
  • A non-refundable booking fee of £3.00 will be applied to each individual ticket purchased for International fixtures when booked online or over the phone.
  • A maximum of 8 tickets per person for each day's play is permitted to be purchased online. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals or agencies. For group bookings of 10 or more tickets, please email the Ticket Office at tickets@utilitabowl.com.
  • Restricted view definition: You will be able to see the entire wicket, both bowlers run-ups and at least one replay screen; however, depending on your location in the ground, a large portion of the boundary rope will be blocked from view.
  • Members can initially apply for a maximum of 3 guests to accompany them into the Members’ Enclosure per day of International fixtures.

Please adhere to the published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit can be cancelled without notice. This includes orders having same name, billing address or credit card. Attempts to purchase in excess will result in the cancellation of all tickets without notification.

  • Should circumstances dictate that the opposition are unable to tour, ECB and Hampshire Stadium Ltd reserve the right to substitute opposition of International status.
  • All fixture times, dates and locations can be subject to change. Hampshire Stadium Ltd will give as much notice to customers as possible for such changes, should a change of date be announced purchasers will have a 14-day window in which to claim a refund should they no longer be attended. The purchaser agrees to abide by these conditions and the Ground Regulations at all times.

Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of Vitality Blast Tickets

  • Advance prices will be available until midnight the day before the match after which standard prices then incur.
  • All tickets will be issued by email and downloadable via the Hampshire Cricket App. Vitality Blast Passports will be sent by post three weeks prior to the first match of the season.
  • Tickets purchased on the match day will be available (subject to availability) from the Match Day Ticket Office only.
  • Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. The request for a duplicate ticket must be made by the original ticket purchaser who will be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself.
  • Under 17 tickets that have been purchased in advance can be transferred to an adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat price. There are no downgrades on tickets. The request for ticket upgrades must be made by the original purchaser who may be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself.
  • There is no maximum number of general public tickets that can be purchased per person, for large group bookings please contact the ticket office on 02380 472002 (opt 2).
  • A non-refundable booking fee of £1.00 will be applied to each individual ticket purchased for Vitality Blast fixtures when booked online or over the phone.
  • Booking fees do not apply to Vitality Blast Passports purchased.
  • Hampshire Cricket Standard Members will need to pay the general adult ticket price to gain entry; they are then permitted to use the Members facilities. T20s are included within the Membership fee for Executive Club, Life, Premium and Junior Members.
  • Should Utilita Bowl host a Quarter Final, all Members will need to purchase a ticket, as this will not be covered in the Membership fee.
  • Only Executive Club, Platinum and Gold Debenture holders, and Members who have purchased an International Upgrade have access to the Roof Terrace, upon providing relevant identification and or a valid ticket. A limited number of seats may be made available on the day to Premium Members, allocated on a first come first served basis, once a wristband has been collected.

Vitality Blast Refund Policy

  • No exchanges are made or refunds given, other than those covered under the appropriate refund policy. Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered.
  • If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, ticket purchasers will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket or to exchange their tickets for another day of domestic cricket within the 2023 season (excludes Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals).
  • Should your ticket be made invalid because a match is cancelled, played behind closed doors or with limited capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
  • In no other circumstances will a refund or ticket exchange be issued.

 Vitality Blast Passports are not refundable under any circumstances. Passport holders will be offered an additional Guest Pass for any matches cancelled during the Vitality Blast Group Stage.

Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of One Day Cup and County Championship Tickets

  • Tickets purchased on the match day will be available (subject to availability) from the Match Day Ticket Office only.
  • Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. The request for a duplicate ticket must be made by the original ticket purchaser who will be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself.
  • Under 17 tickets that have been purchased in advance can be transferred to an adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat price. There are no downgrades on tickets. The request for ticket upgrades must be made by the original purchaser who will be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself.
  • There is no maximum number of general public tickets that can be purchased per person, for large group bookings please contact the ticket office on 02380 472002 (opt 2).
  • All Hampshire Members have free access to the Royal London Cup and County Championship group matches.
  • There are reciprocal arrangements for selected matches. (Please see our website on reciprocal agreements detailing the most up to date arrangements) Visiting members will be granted access into the pavilion upon production of their appropriate Membership Card and/or a ‘Membership Guest ticket’.
  • No ticket exchanges are made, other than those covered under the appropriate refund policy. Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered. Under no circumstances will a monetary refund be given. For further information on refunds and ticket exchanges please click here.

Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of Hospitality Tickets

By purchasing hospitality you are agreeing to abide by the ticket terms and conditions and conditions of entry as outlined below.

  • Box bookings are based on a minimum number of 10 guests unless agreed prior with the Hospitality Team in writing.
  • Utilita Bowl operates a strict Challenge 25 Policy and any guests that cannot produce a legal form of identification may be refused the sale for alcohol.
  • All payments are required in Pounds Sterling.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Utilita Bowl requires full payment at the time of booking for hospitality bookings, unless otherwise agreed with the Hospitality Team.
  • A booking will not be considered confirmed until the payment has been made in full. Utilita Bowl reserves the right to cancel the provision of services to any event for which monies have not been paid.
  • A dress code applies to the hospitality areas at the venue, and Utilita Bowl has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing inappropriate items of clothing and/or footwear. Specific advice in relation to the dress code will be included in the event information section sent to the customer ahead of the fixture they are attending.
  • All details are correct at the time of writing; however, you may be advised of slight variations in specification and charge should circumstances dictate.

Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of Car Parking Tickets

On-site car parks will be held for at least 20 minutes after the game to allow the safe exit of pedestrians.

Members Season Parking Hangers

  • Car Park Season passes that cover all Hampshire home matches are available from the Membership & Ticket Office at Utilita Bowl or can be purchased online by clicking here.
  • Parking passes are not valid for International Fixtures, The Hundred or any Concerts held at Utilita Bowl.
  • Car Park passes must be displayed at all times by hanging on the rear-view mirror, coloured side facing the windscreen, when attending cricket matches at Utilita Bowl.
  • Please take care of your Car Park pass as duplicate passes will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and charges will apply.
  • Hampshire Cricket reserves the right to change the specific location of the season ticket holders’ car park.
  • All on-site parking is subject to availability. Hampshire Cricket reserves the right to close any part of the ground if required for reason of health and safety, operational necessity or any other purpose.

Individual Match Parking Hangers

  • Car Park passes must be displayed at all times by hanging on the rear-view mirror, coloured side facing the windscreen, when attending cricket matches at Utilita Bowl.
  • Hampshire Cricket reserves the right to change the specific location of relevant car park.
  • All on-site parking is subject to availability. Hampshire Cricket reserves the right to close any part of the ground if required for reason of health and safety, operational necessity or any other purpose.
  • Car Parking/ travel is non-refundable in the event of a match/event being cancelled.

Non-Cricket Event Terms and Conditions

  • Tickets for non-cricket events are non-refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances. Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered.
  • All event dates and locations can be subject to change and customers will be given as much notice as possible of such changes. RB Events reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the date or location of events if the event can not take place as scheduled due to circumstances outside RB Event’s control. In this instance all tickets will be valid for the rearranged event.
  • Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. The request for a duplicate ticket must be made by the original ticket purchaser who will be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself.
